Building a Greener Future: Paving the Way to

NetZero Carbon

Achieving NetZero carbon emissions by 2050 in the built environment is a complex challenge that encompasses retrofitting existing buildings, decarbonizing energy sources, new build, improving material and construction practices, and promoting behavioral change. To address these challenges, steps such as enhancing energy efficiency, integrating renewable energy, implementing decentralized energy systems, adopting green building standards, investing in research and development, establishing supportive policies, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders are necessary. Tackling these issues requires commitment, investment, and a collective effort across sectors to create a sustainable and carbon-neutral built environment.

ABOUT US

With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, I am passionate about Architecture, Sustainability, and creating innovative Environmental solutions.

I began my career in 2003, working in Architecture, and transitioned in 2008 to focus on Sustainability and Building Physics. Over the years, I’ve held roles ranging from Architectural Technician to Design Manager, leading projects that have achieved high sustainability ratings and contributing to the design of highly efficient residential and commercial buildings.

The 2008 economic downturn marked a turning point in my career, driving me to delve deeper into Sustainability and Environmental work, blending my architectural expertise to deliver impactful results. I am now focused on offering my knowledge and experience to deliver energy-efficient and sustainable solutions for all types of projects.

I am a fully qualified Energy Assessor, holding accreditations as an OCDEA (On-Construction Domestic Energy Assessor), LCEA (Low Carbon Energy Assessor), LCC (Low Carbon Consultant), and am a proud Member of CIBSE (Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers). These qualifications allow me to provide expert advice and services across the energy and sustainability spectrum.

Beyond my professional role, I enjoy collaborating on architectural and sustainability projects for friends and family and am preparing to take the next step by establishing my own business.

I approach every project with enthusiasm and a commitment to delivering tailored solutions in Building Design, Sustainability, and M&E systems. When needed, I can also connect you with trusted specialists in related fields.

Whether your project is small or large, I’m here to provide guidance and support. Feel free to reach out, and I’ll respond promptly.
